What inspired us?
It is an everyday tussle to satiate the hunger of the evenings for the most of us. That's when the temptation wins, the guilt takes over the conscious and fitness longing mind!Â
We always have a set of recipes and well planned food items for the big 3 feeding ceremonies - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We all optimize these three and ensure we are gulping down nutrients-rich and guilt free food. However, every now and then, when the sun is about to set and we are few hours down after lunch and still few hours to go for dinner, rises the demon of temptation and we feast on stuffs which are yummy but not so good to tummy!!
Therefore, we decided to come-up with something that is undoubtedly delicious and yet guilt free! No Maida, No Refined-Sugar, No Presevative. We have started with the melt-in-mouth flavorful cookies made from whole wheat, raw sugar and millets. Hope you like these offerings and feel filled and healthy when you want your snacks!
